Even I had the same issue,but its resolved…it seems that there is a problem while safely removing USB device from pc.Just restart your phone and pc,go to Apps>settings>wireless>usb utilities>click on connect to PC storage> then connect the USB to pc>Click on connect USB storage…There you go Orange Robot appears i.e your phone is connected.
